Religion

Since we aren’t able to hold the First Communion Workshop, RE is mailing home a packet for you to complete at home.  It contains very interesting activities that will help prepare you for First Holy Communion.  Of course it does not compare to us being there and sharing this time with you.  Enjoy and have fun working the activities with your parents or grandparents.  I do ask that you return the completed work, the next time you are in class.  I will look it over and return it back to you later to keep.  (there is no rush in doing this…..)

Still continue to practice receiving holy communion with a parent or grandparent.  You can practice bowing, making your throne for Jesus, receiving, stepping to the side and praying the sign of the cross.  Use a cracker or goldfish to practice.

At any time students may log in with their Pearson login in their planners or their iReady login to use any of the resources there.  The pearson link is:

March 20, 2020

Dear parents,

Welcome to Friday.  Today we will not have lessons.  Today we will call it a “catch up day.”  Go ahead and send any completed lessons, if you have not done so.  Thank you for those who have.  If you have been having trouble logging onto i-ready math, try again.  We have access to the online learning component and need to see about the diagnostic test.  Go ahead and take the diagnostic test, it will be challenging, but go ahead and take it.

From now on, for lessons please go to my website www.sylviabrown.educatorpages.com

This should ease the email strand and keep us connected.  Thank you for being so incredibly flexible and willing to learn with the rest of us.
